Your rights: Directive 2011/24/EU

In compliance with the Directive’s provisions, if you are insured in one of the EU member states, in Croatia you are entitled to use healthcare with both contractual and private health services providers.

You realize the right to reimburse the costs in the EU member state in which you are provided with health insurance, in the way and within the scope laid down by the legislation of a particular member state.
